Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, refunds cannot normally be issued.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Product or service was not delivered due to a technical issue from our side.
  • The purchased service is unavailable and cannot be provided.
